＜概要＞

（株）ビームセンス　実装部品検査ソフト「SMT Inspection Pro」は、実装後のBGAのはんだ付けのブリッジや異物、形状検査で、基準画像と異なった部分を指摘します。

In the BGA soldering bridge, foreign matter, and shape inspection after mounting, points that differ from the reference image are pointed out.

 

良品の２次元透視画像の位置と輝度データを元データとして、検査するサンプルの同じ2次元画像データを比較し、異なった画像データがある場合はブリッジや異物として、その位置に注意マークを表示します。また、注意マークの位置や情報により、ブリッジや異物などとして判断して、モニターや警報を出力することができます。検査位置や、元データは簡単にマニュアルで設定できます。

The position and brightness data of the two-dimensional perspective image of the inspected work and the standard work are compared.  If there is different image data, a caution mark is displayed at that position as a bridge or other materials.
